Athletic Performance Training
The Athletic Performance Program offers training programs for all ages, gender, skill level, athletic or fitness goals. The core programs are designed for youth, middle school, high school, and elite athletes, as well as adults and teams. Training is always kept in small groups.
The program focuses on progressing, refining and maintaining athletic performance. Sticking with the core fundamental skills of speed, agility and power. Appropriately repeated rehearsal will lead to positive body memory and positive athletic change.
Team training programs are designed to challenge you, educate you, and be progressive and customized to the entire sport team. Training focuses on linear speed and multi-directional skill development. Workouts are sport relevant using some bodyweight resistance.
