STAC Fitness provides Personal Training, Athletic Performance Training, Wellness Coaching, and Boot Camp Classes.

Personal Training: Individual or Group

Experience Personal Training in an individual or team circuit training atmosphere. Group class is an eight week program, 3 days per week or 2 days per week. Have the best of both worlds with a personal trainer instructing a group of 4-6 members that will keep you dedicated and motivated to reach your fitness goals.

Athletic Performance Training:

Take your game to the next level.Regardless of your sport or level of competition/skill, STAC specializes in increasing your speed, agility, power and coordination.
